This carefully crafted medium roast combines the bright sweetness of Costa Rican El Indio, the balanced body of Guatemalan Arte Maya, and the clean finish of Brazilian beans - a blend that stays strong hour after hour, just like those who serve.
Founded in 2020 by first responder brothers, Eli Held, a firefighter, and Max Held, a police officer, the two bonded over their love for coffee. As they witnessed the lack of funding for first responders impacted by line of duty deaths, they knew they had to do something to help.
